What if I can't use a digital pattern?We offer both paper & PDF patterns. Physical paper copies are posted within 1-2 working days, PDF patterns arrive immediately.

My order hasn't arrived yet?Your order is posted 2nd class within 2 working days of ordering. This can take up to 5 days to arrive but you can raise a claim for lost post on Royal mails website after 10 working days.
